Private relay email
I bought tickets to a concert through Axs somehow the private relay email was used instead of just my normal email. I have no idea what or how this happened. I cannot log into the axs app to retrieve my tickets. I received a forwarded email with my ticket confirmation. I can log in on the Axs website on my laptop using my Apple ID and see the tickets. but to log in on my phone I need to verify my email and the email is not being forwarded so I can’t log in. Please help I am 72 and have no idea why the private relay email was ever used or how on earth to fix this
