Private relay email

I bought tickets to a concert through Axs somehow the private relay email was used instead of just my normal email. I have no idea what or how this happened. I cannot log into the axs app to retrieve my tickets. I received a forwarded email with my ticket confirmation. I can log in on the Axs website on my laptop using my Apple ID and see the tickets. but to log in on my phone I need to verify my email and the email is not being forwarded so I can’t log in. Please help I am 72 and have no idea why the private relay email was ever used or how on earth to fix this

If you want to set up that private relay email account on your iPhone, you can do so with these steps:


1. On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud.
2. Tap Private Relay, then turn on Private Relay.
3. To change your location settings, tap IP Address Location.

Set up iCloud Private Relay on all your devices


Alternatively, if you have the ticket email on your computer you can also just forward it to whatever email address you're using in the Mail app on your iPhone so you can access the ticket email there.
