Call rang thru when sleep mode on
My phone was on sleep mode when a phone call rang in the middle of the night from no one in my contacts.

It sounds like you received an unexpected call and had anticipated it would have been muted by the Sleep Focus you set up. We can help.
Let's start by double-checking the settings for your Sleep Focus and use this guide to Set up a schedule for a Sleep Focus in Health on iPhone.
Once you've confirmed everything is set correctly, go ahead and test to see if any calls still come through. If they do you can connect with Apple directly to report the behavior using either Get Support or if you're in a region without direct support options, you can also Contact Apple for support and service.
