Apple Watch stuck in boot loop

I work at McDonalds making drinks, so I get a lot of sticky syrup on me, turns out it must have got stuck in my watch side key. It was stuck down, after finding this thread I tried washing it with a wash cloth, and warm water. It’s working again.

having same issue after taking Apple watch 6 to extreme park and soak it heavily in water. It boot loop non stop and none of the tips that i search online work. After 11 Months just try to on it and the problem already solved. LOL

i was able to format the apple watch without the need of an iBus
