I got my new iPhone but didn't receive the trade in kit

I've got my new phone but still didn't receive the trade in kit so I can sent my old phone. When the kit should arrive or what should I do?

My trade-in kit arrived 2 or 3 days after my new iPhone.

If yours doesn't arrive, try calling an Apple Sales Specialist at 1‑800‑MY‑APPLE to see what they recommend.
