Good afternoon - I bought some AirTags and they connect to my phone ok, but they don’t show up in Find My. As a matter of fact, there is no “items” tab showing. My iPhone 13mini is up to date with the software, two way encryption is on, Bluetooth is on, good Wi-Fi connection, etc. Any idea what the issue may be? Thank you in advance for any tips.

One item to check on your iPhone is, whether or not, "Find My Network" is enabled on it.
Also, they will only appear on the Find My Item's tab, if your iPhone is already "trusted," aka, associated with the same Apple ID.

The only thing else I can suggest would be to try resetting each one to see if this resolves the issue. If not, then you should contact Apple Support directly for further assistance with this. To do so, simply select the "Support" link on the lower left-hand side of this forum's web page.

Ok, looks like you already have "Find My Network" enabled.
Again, did you initially setup/pair this AirTag with this iPhone?
Is this iPhone on your Apple ID's Device List?

Yes, I paired two of them and they showed up on a map when I did it, showing their location. When I go to Find My……zilch
I’ve already tried resetting them, so I’ll call support. I truly appreciate your time and effort!
