If I create a Apple id and delete it, can I use the same email to create a new Apple id ?

I had created a Apple id by my interest but that time I didn't have a Apple device , so I deleted my apple Id that was created with my personal Email... But then I bought a iPhone and needed a Apple Id , and then I created a Apple Id with my secondary Email. But I want this Apple Id to use with my personal email address. But as Apples Policy says that, "You can't use the email address that you used with it to create a new Apple ID". I cannot use that email. But it's very essential for me to reuse it.

PLEASE APPLE HELP US...

APPLE SHOULD CHANGE THEIR POLICY SO THAT THEY CAN HELP USERS

No, once your Apple ID is deleted, you can't use the email address that you used with it to create a new Apple ID. In addition, you can't use that email address with another existing Apple ID except as a rescue [notification] email. Also, if your primary Apple ID email address is with a Custom Email Domain, it can never be reused to create an Apple ID after your Apple ID is deleted, even if the domain ownership changes."
