Can’t add apps to child’s account

When attempting to add an app on a child’s account pressing “Get” in the App Store does absolutely nothing. Tried updating device, checked settings in Screen Time > Contents & Privacy Restrictions> iTunes & App Store Purchases and all Store Purchases & Redownloads are set to Allow and still won’t work.
