How can I make sure that my photos is uploaded to Family Share iCloud storage?

How can i make sure that my photos is uploaded to family share iCloud storage as my space is smaller than 250 G

are you concerned about the local storage on your iPhone or about the storage used in iCloud? Are you the family organizer or have joined a shared family plan? If you joined a shared family plan and are not the organizer, iCloud Photos will use the shared storage in iCloud. You can see the state of the upload in the Settings > your Apple ID > iCloud > Photos. If Photos is still uploading you should be seeing the status there. The photos will be copied to iCloud, not removed from your iPhone. To save some local storage you will have to enable the Optimize Storage option for iCloud.
