iCloud Sync Problem

Hello there.

Recently, I upgraded to iCloud + and I begun to sync my photos.

It started syncing my photos with the progress bar and then suddenly, next day it stopped that and started showing "Restoring from iCloud".

Then I noticed that the iCloud storages has moastly "backup" thank photos.

I don't know, I'm confused.

I just bought the extra storage, so all my photos on iPhone will be uploaded there so I can have all my iPhone storage free.

Now the iPhone storage is full plus the iCloud has 50% full.

l really would like to hear from you and suggest me solutions.
