Severe lip sync with Apple programmes/ films

I have bought an Apple TV box and it’s plugged into the STB HDMI input on my Arcam AVR21 AVR. The Arcam is connected to my Loewe Bild 7 TV via another HDMI cable.

When watching Apple programmes and films there is a significant lip sync problem. I can dial it out on my Arcam with a 200ms delay. The sound arrives before the picture.

But watching YT and BBC iPlayer via the apps on the Apple there is no lip sync issues.

I have updated the OS to the latest version but the problem persists.

I have an Oppo 203 UHD player and SkyQ box also connected via HDMI to the Arcam. There are no lip sync issues on either of those devices.

The problem is restricted to Apple programmes. Please help me fix it.
