You have to erase/reformat/initilaize the parent drive as new to revert; then you restore user data from back up.

the macOs point updates are available from Terminal.app download in advance and make a bootable installer

via terminal, copy and paste:

softwareupdate --list-full-installers

the example would be:

sudo softwareupdate --fetch-full-installer --full-installer-version 13.4

A couple of questions to help me determine the downgrade process:

• Did you make a backup before updating to 13.5? This significantly impacts how easy or difficult it will be to downgrade.
• What year was your 16" MacBook Pro made in? Does it have HDMI and MagSafe ports?
• Do you have a second Mac that can run macOS Monterey 12.4 or later?

Have you tried the currently available version of Protools to see if it actually does work in Ventura 13.5? Creating a bootable USB stick of Ventura 13.5, wiping your startup drive, reinstalling macOS a version behind, and then using migration assistant to install your user data from a Time Machine backup is a mighty big ask to maintain conformance with any third-party developer that can't keep up as others do…

It causes you to forego any security, firmware, or bug fixes that came along with Ventura 13.5, and associated Security rapid response installations. If you value your time, what do you think that first paragraph will cost you?
