The need is to begin receiving notifications at a different email address as our current email provider ends service 8-14-23. We have used our email address as our apple ID. I am having problems in getting notifications switched to our new email address.

When I try to change my notification email I get this pop up. When I go to the laptop or phone there is no option there to change the notification email
I was able to change my Apple ID. It displays properly on one device (iPad) in settings, but did not update my other two devices (Mac, cell). The first option with one's name in Settings, still displays the old email address on the other two devices. How do I get that switched?

I have followed instructions to change my apple ID. For some reason the change isn't being made. Please help.
