Apple doesn't sell parts for that model phone for self repair.
If you did it yourself or had it done by an unauthorized service provider, there's no way to get rid of the warning.
The only possible way to do that would be to take it to Apple and have them replace the display properly, with genuine parts they supply. Don't be surprised, though if they refuse to service it at all now that it's been tampered with.

"he" is not an authorized Apple service provider. He does not have legitimate access to genuine Apple parts or the tools required to properly install and register them with the system.
If he told you he was, he lied.
Go back to where you had it replaced and have them fix it.
