SpamSieve - My Horrific C-Command Software Experience

I began using SpamSieve by C-Command Software nine months ago yet the number of spam emails I received increased significantly.

I contacted C-Command Software support but the answers directly contradicted those contained online and in the SpamSieve Manual.

Frustrated, I uninstalled SpamSieve and much to my relief the number of spam emails I received immediately declined to the pre-SpamSieve level.

SpamSieve has excellent online reviews but given my horrific experience, I question their validity, the true purpose of C-Command Software, and strongly recommend not using SpamSieve!

I wish I knew which customer you were so that I could look into why you thought the answer that I gave you contradicted the manual. I will say that SpamSieve supports many different e-mail apps and versions of macOS, and so advice for one configuration may be incorrect or not relevant if you have a different configuration.

It should go without saying, but installing SpamSieve does not change how many messages you receive. All the app does is move them out of your inbox after they’re already on your Mac. We do not have a way to control how many messages the spammers send to you based on whether the app is installed.
