Using AssistiveTouch on Apple Watch to change music track forward or back

I’m trying to figure out how to use AssistiveTouch with Apple Watch (pinch, double pinch, clinch) to change music tracks forward or back. It does not seem to be supported natively, changing music tracks is not an option I can choose for the actions. Seems like an oversight. I tried creating shortcuts on my phone, so I could access the shortcut with a pinch, but for whatever reason only certain shortcut show up as available. I can’t figure out the criteria for which shortcut shows up in which does not.

Has anyone figured out how to use AssistiveTouch on the Apple Watch to change music tracks forward or back?
