I can't delete shortcuts that I no longer use on my iPhone SE. I signed in to iCloud because they are supposedly stored there, but I couldn't find any shortcuts there. In the shortcuts app, I clicked on edit, but there are no options to delete these shortcuts.

Go to Shortcuts app > All Shortcuts > long press on the shortcut you want to delete > Select Delete option (or)
Go to Shortcuts app > All Shortcuts > Click on Edit > Shortcuts starts to wiggle > Select the ones you want to delete > Click Delete

Long story short: "App Shortcuts" cannot be removed unless you remove the app to which they are associated.
Thanks-- guess I'll just live with them.
Yes, I knew how to perform those tasks, but I'm unable to delete the shortcuts. They are App shortcuts.
