Unable to share location through Find My app to family members

In this situation, when I share my location through the Find My app and my family members enter my number, it displays the message "may not be using Find My." I have verified that my location services are turned on, and the correct phone number is added. I've also checked my phone's date, time, region, and internet connection. Despite these checks, I haven't been able to resolve this issue, and I'm deeply concerned about my family's safety. Please provide a solution to this problem as soon as possible.

Hi there Syedtimsal,

You've taken some great steps with your iPhone X already. If you haven't yet, you could restart all devices involved to see if that may help, as it can refresh the iOS. If needed, the steps below show how:

How to restart your iPhone X, 11, 12, 13, or later
1. Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears.
The volume button is located on the left side of the device, and the side button is located on the right
2. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.
3. To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo.

Those steps, and steps for other iPhone models, can be found here: Restart your iPhone

If the issue continues after that and all the other steps you've taken, you can reach out to Apple Support for further assistance. You can reach them using the following link: Get Support

Take care.
