Where do I send my iPhone if none of my cameras are working correctly?

I dropped my iPhone sometime back and completely broke the front and back glass, had it repaired and then after the repair, maybe 6 months later the phone would lock up and the touch screen wouldn’t work, had it repaired and it got fixed and now my cameras don’t work, it’s an iPhone 12 pro

Apple is not helping customer I bought a new iPhone 14 pro max 3 months ago. Front Phone camera is not working and Apple Store is saying that Apple will repair the phone. I am asking Apple to replace the phone with a new phone because I don’t want to accept the repaired phone. I always expected that Apple gives the best service to customer especially if the phone is under warranty.

What is the apple complaint department contact information? What is the complaint department contact information for Apple? I purchased an iPhone 13 pro max a month ago and already have had several hardware issues with it but the village point apple store won’t replace my iPhone in-store even though I have apple care coverage and I’m covered under the limited warranty. There’s no physical damage to the phone so perhaps this was a pre-assembly/pre-boxing issue. Regardless, the Genius Bar geniuses cannot replace my phone without sending it in for repair for the camera issue first. The one of 3 other unrelated hardware issues. I would rather deal with the odds of a new equivalent phone that I paid for.

Trade in not approved due to “camera is not functional” Dealing with an issue regarding a trade in. I recently traded in my iPhone 11 for the new 14 pro. The trade in value was $700 but I was only credited $50 due to a not functional camera (which seems extremely low even if the only issue was only the camera). My iPhone 11 was in perfection condition: all original parts, all buttons worked, the speaker was great, the screen and camera screen were never cracked, never had any water damage, and my camera never gave me any issues. I personally use my camera everyday, mainly for FaceTime, and never had any issues prior to the trade in. I have photos and videos, from both the front and back camera, that were taken the day or a couple days before my trade in. I also had my phone evaluated by TWO Apple employees who both stated that my phone was in near mint condition and that the trade in will be accepted. And even prior to sending my trade in through fedex, I verified that the phone was cleared, reset and that it was in pristine condition (even wiping it down and disinfecting it). I called the Apple helpline to discuss this issue and was told by the representative that the test the technicians preform does check the quality of the camera, and for some reason my did not pass but my phone can be reevaluated in a couple days or sent back to me. I unfortunately don’t think this will be resolved, regardless of apple doing a second evaluation. Seeing that I am not the first person to complain about Apples trade ins being a scam, I can contribute to the notion that Apple is preforming corrupt actions in regards to trade ins. This experience has been extremely disappointing, specially since I did not need a new phone and only did the trade in to get the most value back from my iPhone 11. This $50 trade in value is absurd and unscrupulous.

If all prior repairs were by Apple or an authorized Apple location see iPhone Repair & Service - Apple Support
