Apple watch ultra Resting Energy is way too low. It breaks all my fitness apps with diets.

Hi, any BMR calculator shows that my MBR rate is around 1900 calories.

Health app shows Resting energy as 1581 kcal.

I use Tanita app and it's device to measure my weight, fat % e.t.c. device is quite advanced and result makes sense 1896 kcal.

I'm a bit puzzled how did Apple Health got 1581 kcal... BTW my avg active calories is 1000 kcal measured by Apple Watch Ultra and I record full training only for outdoor cycling, any indoor activity like weight lifting, fighting I record 200 kcal at max. I guess we all understand that amateur can't burn 600-700 kcal for 45 minutes during ANY activity. It's impossible :)

So my "Lose it" app set calorie budget to 1751 kcal since Apple Health sets my Resting Energy at 1581 kcal.

I don't want starve to death ))) since my avg active calorie is beyond 1000 kcal.

What went wrong?
