want to sign out of apple id

i want to sign out of my apple id but ive forgotten my password for it and when i press forgotten password it says something along the lines of ‘verification failed unknown error’ . i cant sign out normally because it says ‘sign out is not available due to restrictions’ . when i try pressing anything or updating any apps it says you need to verify your apple id except i dont know the pass! i tried resetting my phone by long pressing the off button but it still didnt work
