Capital one not showing in search widget

I’ve used the capital one widget for quite some time and have found it very helpful. I recently had to delete the app and redownload it as I was unable to update the app due to having to change my Apple ID. Now that I have redownloaded the app I am unable to find it under search widget or anywhere for that matter.

How can I get rid of advertising banners in apps? I used ShortCuts app to successfully change the name of an Icon on my screens. but when I go into the Icon I call Garage Doors it actually opens up the MYQ app that then shows the status of my two garage doors, but over the top of that status is an annoying advertising banner that is trying to sell me other security camera equipment [Re-Titled by Moderator]

App opens but cannot add to home screen fly delta app opens when I search it but cannot add icon to Home Screen. It’s like it’s already open but hidden. Checked all Home Screens and none hidden. I can add the widget not the app☹️
