I have a iPhone 13 Pro from Japan, but the region is set to the US (since I live in the US). I cannot use the "Find My Friends" featureâ the tab doesn't exist on the Find My App. Can anyone help?

Assuming your Apple ID is housed in the U.S. (and not Japan), try deleting and re-installing the Find My app. You may obtain it here.
