Downloading Procreate on a second iPad with the same Apple ID

I have just bought a second iPad and Procreate is not downloading on to it. I have the same Apple ID for both devices. Any ideas?

Procreate requires iPadOS 15.4.1 or later. If you have an older model iPad that cannot be updated to iPadOS15, you’ll not be able to install and use this App.

As such, unless you have one of these models, you’ll not be able to install Procreate on your iPad:

  • iPad Pro (all models)
  • iPad Air (2nd generation and later)
  • iPad (5th generation and later)
  • iPad mini (4th generation and later)

You can verify the iPad model from settings:

Settings > General > About > Model Name

Still not sure which iPad you have? Identify your iPad model.
