Hide my email

I use hide my email on Vinted. Now I’ve purchased something, and need to go and collect it, I need to show a collection code, which was meant to be emailed to me I’ve re sent it 4 times but it’s still not come through to my email. I can’t collect my order without the code. Why are these emails not being forwarded to me?

Hide My Email won't forward me emails. I used hide my email for a website I was purchasing and I made a refund. The information I need is sent to my hide my email and i've been waiting for about 5 months now, yet it still hasn't sent it out to my icloud. I checked everything and it is activated. I have no clue why this is happening, but this needs to get fixed so they can send me my money from the Hide My Email. This is just ridiculous.

Not receiving forwards from Hide My Email I signed up for HME on my XR with 17.5.1. I may have deleted the confirmation email from Apple (if I received one) but I had the option to use my new iCloud email when making an unrelated purchase. I did not receive a confirmation from that vendor either. How can I access emails if they are not being forwarded?

Hide my email reveals real email when responding to recipient I used hide my email. I got a response from the company sent to the hide my email address. We’re good there. But then, I responded back and they have my REAL EMAIL!!!!! I know this because they respond they have no record of my purchase and to give them my email that was used when I purchased. Sure enough, they didn’t have THAT email. So what gives? I swear. Aren’t there people who are supposed to think all this through?
