ICloud Drive will not show in Files App on iPhone

iCloud Drive shows up in Files on my iPad and older iPhone, just not on my newer one. Used to work, but disappeared and I can't get it back.

I figured it out. On the Browse page in the Files app there is a menu button in the tp right corner. The last menu item is Edit. In Edit you can enable or disable seeing some of your Locations. For some mysterious reason iCloud Drive was turned off in the Files app. Even though it was enabled in Settings it was invisible in Files. Could have happened during a recent IOS update.

Hi jonbgood,

Here are some steps you can follow if you can't find iCloud Drive on your iPhone:

  1. Check that you are using the same Apple ID in Settings [Your Name].
  2. Make sure iCloud Drive is turned on in Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > iCloud Drive.
  3. If you are having trouble locating the Files app, see if you can locate it in your App Library by following Find your apps in App Library on iPhone.

Hope this helps.

Take care.
