offloaded apps ; iPad

Hello Everyone ,

In settings … general …iPad storage … there are some apps with the offload icon that are really not unloaded . I use them from my Home Screen and seem to work fine . When I tap them , the option is to delete , not offload ?

I can't figure it out !

Despite this wordy blog … I just want to know why I can’t delete apps from my iPad, there’s no “delete “ pop up when I enter the “control storage” link My storage is full, I clicked on the link for “manage my storage”, it takes me to my apps, and dead end !! how do you delete apps when you’re not given any option?

Delete apps on ipad air 2 I am unable to delete unused apps from my ipad air 2. IOS version 14.4.2. There is no x next to the icons when I make them wiggle on the home screen. There is no option to delete when I choose one on the storage list. I can't download the latest update because I don't have enough storage.
