Payment charged six months after app purchase
Hi.
I purchased Procreate in march 2023 and I was charged the correct amount. I also bought a premium for a budget planning app to get multi device feature, but since it didn't work the way I thought it would, I requested a refund. I specifically remember waiting for the money to be refunded and I remember what I was doing while I got the notification that I got the money. Everything was perfect.
But now, six months later, I got an invoice only form the premium account transaction dated 21. august 2023. And I was charged that amount today morning. And I was charged for Procreate, but no email invoice. Then a few minutes later I was refunded for the premium account. Oh and to top it off, there is no trace in my bank statement that I paid for those two apps in march. Only proof I have is the purchase history on https://reportaproblem.apple.com/
So - my question is - is it normal to charge half a year later for app store purchases?
