Full Screen Contact ID

The phone settings are set to full screen, I have deleted contacts and re-entered the contacts, I have assigned contact photo from camera roll and I have assigned the photo from the actual saved contact using edit. However incoming caller photo in full screen is still not showing full display picture for incoming call contact. Someone please help me. I just got a new iPhone 13 for work and the same exact settings are showing on my personal phone and work phone. I added myself as a contact on my work phone with a photo ID (again the settings are the exact same) I called my work phone and my contact photo showed up FULL screen! I added my work phone as a contact on my personal phone (same settings) and the contact ID will NOT show up full screen. This is annoying. Someone please help.
