I just got my screen fixed and when I turn my phone on I got a notification saying that there was an unknown part in my phone. I want to see if maybe they did something wrong or what part/ device did they put in my phone

You would generally see that Unknown Part notification when the iPhone is unable to detect a genuine Apple part. You just had the iPhone’s screen replaced and therefore that tells me that the screen itself is not a genuine Apple approved screen.
You have an iPhone 11 and it is probably out of warranty by now. If you saved some money with this screen replacement and it is working fine, then I would just ignore the notification. You will continue to see that notification on your Lock screen for the first 4 days that you use your device and in the Settings app for 15 days. After that period, you can find the notification by going to Settings ➡️General ➡️ About
