US phone from a US citizen iPhone repair in Greece
iI m living btwn US and Greece and had the same iPhone XS screen repaired before under the same apple care+ theft and loss coverage -this week I took it to the same authorized technical repair store and I was told a day later that although in the system I’m covered they cannot order the parts for repair (screen and battery) into the global apple system. The parts are blocked. So my apple care is useless-I m paying for 5-6 different devices for so long…especially for the XS. I feel so scammed by Apple-I’ve worked for their Ad agency for 5 years. I’m going to start a war-they're trying to find shortcuts to block coverage…and you’re paying like a fool…I’ve called both US and Europe-no-one can help!!! Shame on Apple.
