Renewal of Apple Developer Account Membership

I have ₹17,700 balance in my developer account. My apple developer account expired on 30.06.2023 and since then I have been trying to renew it. I have added funds in the developer account - first ₹9000/- through Netbanking. The renewal was not successful. Second time when I spoke to Apple support team they asked me to use UPI and get the developer account renewed. They said that this will be renewed directly once I approve the UPI payment. But unfortunately the apple developer account didn't get renewed and the amount got deposited in the developer account. This amout was ₹8700/-. Now Apple support says "Apple Account balance (from redeeming Apple Gift Card or adding funds) is not accepted as a form of payment for Apple Developer Program memberships.” I am in a strange situation, neither I am able to renew the apple developer account despite having sufficient balance, neither there is any provision of refunding this amount to my bank account. Has anyone faced similar situation? What should I do? Please help.
