Another post about AirPods Max not working

Yep, my AirPods max are not working. They don't wake up when i take it of the case and i need to manually restart them to be detected and start working. When I pull of my head, they automatically turn off and i need to reset all again. It's frustrating because I paid a lot for them, and now they simple don't work as intended. I contacted Apple and the only solution, because they do not have warranty and I didn't pay for applecare, it's to replace them for more than $300 dollars. What a scam, because it's not my fault than they stopped working properly. They are not water damaged, i'm very careful with my things and I never have been broken one of my apple products. I post this as background to Apple to they can know than this products is defective and need some kind of warranty extend or al least reduce the cost to repair this design error.

Apple has refused to stand by their warranties and failing to stand by their AirPods Max when there’s an obvious manufacture defect. For one year and ten months I have been trying to resolve this.

Under warranty, I sent them in twice. They said they couldn't reproduce the problems that I was experiencing (disconnecting, connecting, reconnecting, ear detection and charging issues). Both times they said they were working fine. After asking, them confirming, they were the same pair I originally bought, I find out that they replaced them with refurbished ones both times. When I brought this up I was told it's normal procedure to switch them out. If they were working fine why switch them out, or tell me that they were the same ones if it was common procedure to switch them out?

Apple support has me jumping through hoops downloading data, Filming myself trying to connect them. I did, also showing how they won't even charge at all any more. I also showed how there’s mold or battery corrosion on the interior of the mesh. Now apple is telling me, that they have to be cleaned before moving forward. It's coming from the inside of the headphones. Someone else’s refurbished headphones.

Even though a case is going on. My senior adviser or any senior advisor I talk to, doesn't know any of the details. I have to explain over and over again without anything happening. They don’t answer any of my direct questions. Then say I’m argumentative and hang up on me.

This is adversely affecting my life. With limited physical and cognitive capabilities, after a car crash. The noise canceling of the headphones always put me in a calm space. Apple support has not been helpful from the beginning. I’ve spent way too much time on this continued problem, for what is one of the most expensive over the ear headphones on the market.

I won’t forget that I gave $550 + tax for this defective device. I haven’t heard anything reasonable to making this situation right by this customer, that has spent over $11,000 with apple the last two years. I haven't sensed any compassion or human decency whatsoever from apple in this matter.
