A. Try a Computer:

Maybe your best bet it is back it up to a computer, if 13 hours to too long of a wait?

• Back up with your Mac
• Back up with your PC

B. Clear Space Using my User Tips:

See if you need to clear lots of space. System resources may be using up too much services, making it overheat, and lag. Internal storage cannot be upgraded.
