ipad pro 12.9 m1 after march (update) pencil unuseable. Ipad out of guarantee

So i do updates regulary and somewhere in march my pencil stopped working. I really need it. I tested the pencil on another ipad and its not broken and then went to the store to test a new apple pencil and it didnt want to connect to my ipad either. We did all internet based tips. Like disable bluetooth restart etc etc. If i connect it to the ipad it wont show the window the pen is connected. Not with the old pen or the new pen. And the old pen works fine on an ipad 11.


Does anyone have the same issue, or is this just the ipad that broke i have it for about 2 years i think it is out of guarantee.
