What is the better or best spam blocking app for free?

There is no good free spam call blocking app, unless your carrier offers one. The best one still is NoMoRobo, but it is not free to use. The app is free, but you must subscribe to the service.

How would you expect a free spam blocker to make money to maintain the service? You would need to become the product by selling your personal information to advertisers.

Your best option is to contact your cellular provider. They may offer a service that is included in your plan for free, since you already pay them for the service they provide.

Use Malwarebytes Mobile Security:

The free version blocks popups. The paid version blocks out known spam numbers, and lets you add numbers to the block list. So, consider using it. Have you contacted your cell provider, as already suggested, to see what they offer? Many providers offer free Spam blockers that just need to be turned on.

It is important with any response to also include what you have tried. This prevents the same suggestions from being posted again and again.
