How to link my iMessage and iCloud accounts

IMPORTANT: Block out personal info (i.e. names and time) by blocking it would with red-colored rectangles and such through use of the Photos app).

See this Apple Recommended reply: Sharing name and photo not available...sharing photo is not available because iCloud and iMessage accounts are different or are not signed in... Please I need help ! - Apple Community. According to it, you may make a few charging in Settings as a sender and recipient of messages. It include steps to try. Reply back the results.
