My project, with many of you that has help me, is arriving at the end. Many thanks again.
Now I am arriving to the DVD cover.
After making some trial with GIMP using the Alpha channel and having been very disappointed with the result the another solution is to take a picture of the film.
I have made it with a screen copy, the definition is not very good.
Is it possible to have a better solution ?

The best way to produce an image from the film is to stop your film on a sharp, clear frame and select "Save Current Frame".

I usually select the Desktop as a destination as it's easier to find!
