Since today my iPhone 14 pro (iOS 16.6) vibrates without any notifications showing up. It seems to only do this when it’s unlocked or the screen is turned on.
I have followed all the suggestions, it’s not my email or any other apps. I havent installed something new as well.
Does anyone have some other suggestions, it’s driving me crazy.

when it vibrates does it have the location service icon at the top by the time as well?
My phone (13) also has been randomly vibrating for days now even on DND and I recently noticed that when it does the location icon pops up. Went into an Apple Store and they didn’t understand what was going on at all.
I should add- mines happening even when the screen is locked/off as well. Super super annoying.

Ever since the new iOS update (and Pokémon Go update), I’ve not had the issue anymore! :)

I have have an iPhone 14 Pro Max and have had to resort to putting my phone on airplane mode otherwise the buzzing wakes me. I’m very dissatisfied with these camera issues, unable to clearly zoom, camera lens covers not being flush with phone body (2 covers have cracked with protective cases on) and random buzzing. I’m afraid this may be enough to pull me away from iPhones entirely.
Unfortunately it only worked for a couple of hours and now my phone is vibrating again.

I have been having the same problem with an iPhone 12 pro, iPhone 12, and iPhone 13. It seemed to start happening once the phones were updated to IOS 16.6.
So far no more vibrations! I also had my notifications for Pokémon go off, but my location on always, so I guess that was the problem…
Yeah, mine is vibrating any time location services are active. Only way I’ve been able to stop it is by entirely disabling haptics. This can’t be intended functionality?
Just change the settings in your iPhone settings from always to only when using the app. That’s what I did and no vibrations since!

Same, logged on Saturday to catch charmanders for the community day and was cursed for going back to the game.

Thank you, this has solved it! The vibrations have been driving me up the wall.
Yes mine had the same issue so has my daughters phone and she’s got the iPhone 12 or 13 it’s constantly doing it
It’s been happening with every app I open, weather it’s safari, texts, Facebook, games my phone will not stop vibrating
I removed my Pokémon app from the Home Screen and it seems to have fixed the issue thanks for this.
