Since today my iPhone 14 pro (iOS 16.6) vibrates without any notifications showing up. It seems to only do this when it’s unlocked or the screen is turned on.
I have followed all the suggestions, it’s not my email or any other apps. I havent installed something new as well.
Does anyone have some other suggestions, it’s driving me crazy.

After finally getting to read all of the replies, I did go into Pokemon Go and noticed in the notification settings of the game app a Vibrations options so I turned it off. This has solved the issue. I have gone back to my phone notifications and turned my system haptics back on and all of the notifications I had turned off hoping to solve for this annoyance and the annoying random vibrations have not returned. Pokemon Go has to have been the issue.

Ever since the new iOS update (and Pokémon Go update), I’ve not had the issue anymore! :)
I wonder what "all vibration settings" means? Is that means I need to turn off each app's vibration setting one by one?
some of my text messages have sound and others either do not or just vibrate. What is the deal? My 14 pro is 3 months old. 😡
I do not have Pokemon Go or ever downloaded the app. This has been doing on for a few days now for me. I have tried, restarting, turning off and on vibrations and still happening.
