Two homes configured in the home app one is working the other not
This one even has second level support stump. I can toggle between both — one home works across all my devices. However the primary home on all devices come up with no response. I have been on the phone with second level support for three days. We've tried just about everything we can think of ???
Engineering claims they are aware of issues like this, with no indication of a resolution other than maybe it will be fixed in the next rev. WTF I feel like I'm in the Microsoft world on this one. I've been dropped on my head and told, only after figuring it out myself the only way to control most — not all IOT devices is through the manufactures app. Completely unacceptable to run and manage a home.
The above is self explanatory, the screen shot below is the other home which appears to be fine, okay, and working being able to adjust thermostats and turn light on and off.
All and any suggestion help or ideas are welcome at this point.
