can you export blood oxygen data from iphone to use in a spreadsheet

I exported the data from Iphone 13 pro max

Air dropped files from iphone to macbook pro 16" 2021 M1 max

I followed this procedure below. It exported electrocardiograms and workout routes and these other files which i cannot open, export_cda.xml and export.xml. These 2 xml files wont open in numbers.

So where is my blood oxygen data? How do i bring blood oxygen data into a spread sheet?

Export and share your health data

1. Tap your profile picture or initials at the top right.
2. If you don’t see your profile picture or initials, tap Summary or Browse at the bottom of the screen, then scroll to the top of the screen.
3. Tap Export all health data, then choose a method for sharing your data.

Your data is exported in XML format, a common format for sharing data between apps.
