“iPhone is disabled connect to iTunes” can someone help me get this unlocked?

My husbands iPhone 11pro has been disabled due to incorrect passcode entry too many times. How can I get his phone enabled again? I do not have a computer or iTunes.

iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 16
