Do not even waist your time on that man . He is here to trap people and he has nothing to contribute to this discussion. He has no education, no qualification and all he does is suspect others are lieing because he does not belie those others sometimes smarter and more objective than him.

Even I bring him 100 phones and put all of them in front of him he would say those were never tested and I probably stole them.

No education smack? Haha you can't even speak english. You are losing it.

I respect your opinion and I think my English does require some improvment. But to conduct the business and make money I speak good enough . You see , I understand your posts so I can speak.
Also it definitely not preventing me from Understanding the proximity sensor problem. Here you need more than just good English but you definitely missing this in your thoughts.
Also I must to remind you that some people can speak and write in many languages other than English.
Am i losing it ? To whom ? And what am I losing .

Are we discussing the proximity Sensor or ability to speak English ?

I never said or meant I have more money than Apple , I said I am paid more than Apple employees in my business. But you like the idea to interpet it your way.
I really do not need Apple job. But how is it related to the Proximity Sensor issue ?

Wait a minute, people kept attacking Germany for not being what he said he was, etc. But they didn't really have any good reason for their attacks.

So he posts various things to support what he said about being a developer - and still got attacked. In fact, there is probably nothing he could reasonably have posted to be conclusive so the fools would probably attack no matter what.

And now, from some posts I've read, posting the supportive info has gotten him banned from the forums - and the same critics who wanted him to provide proof are making fun of him for that????

That's pathetic.

He did seem pretty knowledgable and sincere and the pictures he posted of a PS glowing red, seemed to agree with posts I've seen elsewhere. I did question whether he should have commented he was testing Beta 3 and posting conclusions as it seemed in violation of the developers license and agreement with Apple, but at least he offered some encouragement that the issue was being addressed and might have a satisfactory resolve.

I have this issue and have shared in MacRumors forums for 2 months now!!!

I was SHOCKED to come to these forums on go to the main thread and go to the last page and see it was closed and had a version 1 continued thread.....

THEN... even more shocked to go to the last post and see it was closed to and a Version2 thread opened....

ALMOST 300 PAGES!

Wow and STILL NO FIX

Apple has lost ALL creditability with me after 3 years of loving my iPhones.

2 Months after release with Thousands and Thousands of complaints what do we get..... Update coming soon! Mmmmmmeeeeeehhhhhh.

Once again Apple.... You lost TONS of respect from us all.

That it is against the developers agreement is besides the point. People tried to put him in an conflicting position - saying he isn't telling the truth if he doesn't provide proof and then, when he provides it, attack him for violating the agreement.

I find such people to be despicable - and that's being nice about it.

I'm against all the posts which automatically accuse people of being shills for Apple, Apple haters, etc. It all crap.

I did not find his posts very convincing , but he was definitely very honest man. i admired when he mentioned that he noticed some improvment and at his opinion 4.1 will be good for the most of users but at the same time he confirmed it was still not as perfect as 3GS.

Definition of being developer is not very clear. If I pay $100 and get access to the portal does it make me a developer ?
But If I do not have my own user name and password from the portal does it make me Not a developer ?
Logic and opinion based on real tests this is what important

I suspect he put somebody's nose right out of joint for saying that the proximity issue was (to paraphrase him) sorta fixed in 4.1 but not as one might imagine (or wish for as) a complete fix, and that the fix still did not improve the proximity sensor issue to the point where the iPhone 4 functioned as well as the PS in the iPhone 3.

Given the inordinate amount of time it's taking apple to come up with solutions, I tend to believe that the PS issue is just one component of a substantial number of other issues that apple are having trouble resolving, and that stem not only from new hardware, but also (more significantly) from a fundamentally new and flawed operating system that is, to put it bluntly, fairly riddled with bugs and memory leaks. Memory leaks would explain why a reset or restore would fix some problems for a short while only for the same problems to reappear a few days later.

Encouragement be-******, it's been three months (or 25%) of this phone's 1 year lifespan (assuming the iP5 will be out in June 2011). It is WAY past time for apple to deliver on steve jobs' hyperbole.

This changes everything allright- an iPhone that can't reliably make phone calls. Who'd have thunk it

Again wanted to explain . Apple already knows it is not fixable by any software . Change may be but no fix. Why ? The issue is not software issue and the factors should be changed are not even controlled by software.
Not they are too busy with continues sales campaign . Sell as much as possible , get the money and then Apple will decide if and when they want the new hardware to come up.
But it will be no official admittance of facts and No free exchange for every phone. It will be always the same excuse saying consumers had 30 days to decide.

Welcome to the world of apple lies.

I've had my iPhone 4 nearly two weeks now and just googled for proximity sensor issues when I noticed that my face is constantly pressing buttons while I'm on calls. Was very disappointed to see that this is such a widespread problem with no fix. I'm not sure how such major issues don't get noticed pre-release. Ive been through this too many times with iPhones!
