how do i get rid of an app downloaded from the internet that will damage my system ?

i downloaded ‘google earth pro’ from the internet. I installed the program then tried to open. A small window opened with a yellow exclamation sign and a sentence reading “mbunamedstrings.framework” will damage your computer. Two boxes showing choices of ‘ok’ or ‘show in finder’. choosing ‘ok’ button started downloading script which I stopped by choosing ‘quit’ from the apps name. at that point the dreaded beachball appeared and nothing worked on the program. i can’t move the program to the trash by dragging to the trash. i went to application cache found the program and moved to trash that way. emptied trash. no good, the program is still there with the ‘beachball’ and i can’t get rid of the program.
