apple is letting an unauthorized person use my credit card to make purchases, but they wont tell me who it is or what it's for

i've called in twice now, and will NOT be given information about multiple charges on my account.

there is a monthly charge for $17.54 that has been recurring since september of 2022. apple confirmed it's being used by someone outside of my family, but they will not tell me who it is, or what it's for, yet they're okay billing me for someone i'm not authorizing.

THIS IS UNDERHANDED, AND UNPROFESSIONAL, AND INEXCUSABLE. AND I NEED SOMEONE WITH SOME AUTHORITY TO CALL ME AND FIX THIS.

Apple cannot see who uses your bank card.

Contact your bank, they can find out who (name, address & account number) has collected the amount from your bank account, and when.

Depending on your bank, they can collect the amount back within 30 days.

Ask your bank to block your card, and ask a new card.
