There is no battery "life" information on an iPhone.
So, exactly what is wrong? Are you actually concerned because it is at 100% battery health?

Well, I’m not sure what to tell you. The battery health of my iPhone SE remained at 100% for well over a year, then slowly dropped after that. Now after 3 years of use it is at 90%.
