Being Stuck in a Boot Loop:

Your iPhone is stuck in a boot loop. This typically happens when you attempt an update install, and the iPhone stalls while in the process.  So, refer to my User Tip: How to Fix an iPhone in a Boot Loop - User Tip

I'm confused 🫤 do you mean it randomly turns on and off when your on it or when your not on it for awhile or if it’s just right after you update only once. The last 2 are normal.

If you mean it turns on and off a couple of times while updating, that's pretty normal. If it continues even after the update is complete, follow the instructions provided by TheLittles above.
