TWC App support responded - gave a solution, may be temporary. I tested & works, they forwarded to TWC engineers, they’re working on it. Tested solution & seems to hold.
Below is copy of response to them w info they requested.
Your solution worked for me as well. Turned off WiFi - turned on cellular data, app opened successfully. Turned of cell, turned on WiFi. good. Also, exited app on WiFi, opened in WiFi worked perfectly.
Hopefully w continue to open. If not, w use same steps.
FYI… 40 year IT professional, did all standard trouble shooting, before contacting app support. This “fix” is bizarre.

My environment when experiencing problem:
iPhone 14Plus, iOs 16.6.1 - problem started after upgrade to 16.6.1. No other apps affected by upgrade.

Other “useful” info. When & how problem occurs.
1. Tap to open mobile app
2. App attempts to open, shows “normal” 1st screen for about a second & immediately closes window.
3. However, after closing another app - TWC App shows a “ghost” type view of app. All areas solid blue, in outlines of where info shd appear. Attempting to load.
4. Force closed “ghost” view. (ghost is My term)
5. App opens successfully on iPad Pro w iOS upgrade installed.
