ROG m.2 external ssd not recognized

I have ROG m.2 enclosure with 970 evo plus but i just can use it on windows

in mac m2 just show and i cant write or format drives

SSD issues with macbook air m1 Hi im having a problem formating/erasing my external ssd in my Macbook air m1 to "Mac Os Extended (journaled). Ive tried several methods on youtube. But nothing lets me erase/format the mac without me receving the message "Wiping volume data to prevent future accidental probing failed. : (-69825)" but ive run first aid and the hardrive is working + checked on windows and its working - it even worked on my last mac, Macbook m1 pro. Can't get mu external NVME SSD to show up on my Mac. I have an external Samsung 980 SSD NVMe M.2 drive and when I plug it into my Mac mini 2014 it does not show up in Disk Utility or in Terminal when using "Diskutil list". I have searched far and wide and have found many answers about trying to use it as an internal drive. But this is simply just plugged in externally via USB. I tried plugging it into my MacBook and it shows up on the desktop right away. What could be causing this issue?

Suggest reading all the information in that link to get it right

Right Now the ROG Drive does not have a Partition Map applied to the drive

You need to erase and reformat it using an Apple format. You do this with Disk Utility: Launchpad > Other > Disk Utility.

i forgot to say i have bigger problem this device doesn’t detect by lap top most of the time
