xfinity phone upgrade

I'd like to enroll in the Apple upgrade program but I don't see Xfinity as an acceptable carrier. What can I do?

Why isn’t Xfinity mobile approved for the iPhone upgrade program? I’ve been a member of the iPhone upgrade program for a number of years. I recently changed my carrier from ATT to Xfinity mobile and learned that my participation in the program would be terminated. When I contacted Apple, the specialist said I was terminated because I changed carrier mid-contract and that was not allowed. I asked why a change of carrier was such an infraction since I still paid my monthly fee to Citizens Bank as before. The specialist then said the problem was that Xfinity mobile (7.2 million subscribers) was not a supported carrier for this program. Supported carriers are Boost (7.5 million subscribers), (115 million), T-mobile (119 million), and Verizon (115 million) ; it didn’t seem to matter that Xfinity mobile utilizes the Verizon network. Apparently the supported carriers signed some sort of contract with Apple and Citizens. Has anyone else experienced this?

How to Pre-Order iPhone 15 through Xfinity? The get ready to pre order option for the 15 pro max does not allow for carrier choice other than the big 3 i use Xfinity mobile I can’t get past this roadblock to complete this process. Any ideas? [Re-Titled by Moderator]

If you really want to be part of the Apple Upgrade program, switch to a carrier that participates in the program.

Xfinity does not.

Lobby Xfinity to get with the program or switch to a carrier that is with the program.
